BELIEFS

God
There is one God, Creator of all things. He has revealed Himself in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Jesus
Jesus Christ is God’s Son and Savior of the World. After dying for our sins, He rose from the dead, ascended to heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God. One day He will return in glory.

The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is co-equal and co-eternal with the Father and Son, and is the Gift of God to the believer. There is a distinction between the indwelling of the Spirit and the baptism in the Spirit.

The Bible
The Bible is the Word of God, divinely inspired in the original manuscripts, without error, the final authority for faith and practice.

The Local Church
The Church is the expression of God’s Kingdom on earth – the people, not the building. The local Church must be under the authority of the Word and the oversight of the Holy Spirit.

The Great Commission
The proclamation of the Good News of Jesus Christ and His Kingdom throughout the world is the great task of the Church.

The New Birth
All people
That entrance into the Church is through the “new birth” which is brought about by genuine repentance of sin and confession of faith in Christ as Lord and Savior
